Describing the information this site gathers, what happens to that information, and what the site deliberately does not collect. Effective date: September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

Getting a quote requires you to provide gender, age, your self-assessed health category, nicotine use status, how much coverage you want, and your preferred policy length. This information transfers to the carriers' quoting platform to generate pricing, but doesn't stay here on our servers. You provide nothing else—no name, address, phone, or email—just to see quotes. If you ask for identical quotes repeatedly, the system may serve the result from temporary storage instead of querying the carriers again.

Applying

When you move forward with an application, the information you supplied here prefills a secure application run by the carrier platform, and you'll operate under that platform's privacy rules going forward. Susman Insurance Agency is licensed by the State of California as an insurance agency (License 0B75129) and manages your application process.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your contact preference, the topic, and your message. This gets delivered via email to the agency, with your email address set as the reply-to field. We don't retain copies of messages on file, keep message submissions in a database, or preserve message text in logs. Your browser runs a brief anti-spam check locally before anything gets sent.

Measurement

This site performs visitor tracking through first-party measurement that doesn't depend on cookies, operating directly from this domain. No tracking cookies or browser identifiers get installed; your IP address gets shortened (two octets removed) prior to storage; search terms and referrer data from previous pages are stripped out; underlying visit records get purged after a 90-day period. If your browser transmits a Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control preference, this site doesn't log your visit at all.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell, rent, or share personal information. No third-party advertising tags operate on our site. Third-party analytics don't run here. The only outside script that loads is the carrier application system, and it only activates if you navigate to the application page.
